FVP 25 Portable Heavy Duty High Performance Industrial
Vacuum Loader.
Able to collect a range of materials including fine particles
through to aggregates up to 50 mm in size, the unit has a maximum loading
rate of 3 tons per hour over 40 meters or further if utilised with a
vacuum interceptor skip and fixed pipework system.
No obligation site surveys. Units available for trial
purposes.
Units can also be supplied on short or long term hire,
contract hire or lease.

Housekeeping / Audit preparation / Spillage control - May 2014
Task
IBS were requested to provide an effective vacuum system following a trial of several
units. We identified the power requirements needed and the complete pipework system.
The unit is a frame mounted 26kw roots system with a 0.7m3 skip underneath.
Options
- Supply a total portable vacuum recovery system.
- Supply a suitable system to carry out many onsite cleaning tasks where concerned.
- Design and install fixed pipework system at all levels of asphalt plant.
Solution
As customer was on a small budget for such a project IBS had to supply
all of the above on a light budget. We achieved this by negotiating with
both the supplier and customer to achieve a correct result.
