Task
IBS were requested to provide an effective vacuum system following a trial of several units. We identified the power requirements needed and the complete pipework system. The unit is a frame mounted 26kw roots system with a 0.7m3 skip underneath.

Options

1. Supply a total portable vacuum recovery system.
2. Supply a suitable system to carry out many onsite cleaning tasks where concerned.
3. Design and install fixed pipework system at all levels of asphalt plant.

Solution
As customer was on a small budget for such a project IBS had to supply all of the above on a light budget. We achieved this by negotiating with both the supplier and customer to achieve a correct result.
